What this website collects, and why.

Draft for review. Highlighted items still need a decision.

This notice covers keystridebridge.com, the public website. The KeyStride Bridge product at app.keystridebridge.com is covered by your club's agreement with us.

Who we are

The website is run by legal entity name, registered number and address ("KeyStride Bridge", "we"). Contact us about privacy at hello@keystridebridge.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our two forms. The contact form takes:

  • your name, work email and club or organisation
  • the platform you would like to connect first, if you choose one
  • your message, if you write one

The booking page takes your name, work email, club or organisation, an optional note and the time you pick. It also reads your browser's time zone, so your emails show the call in your own time.

To stop abuse of the forms, our server also holds your IP address for up to one hour, and for bookings a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address for up to one day, to count how many requests each has sent. Neither is stored with your enquiry or booking.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so loading this site sends nothing to third parties.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and hold the call you booked, and to talk with you about working together. We never sell it and never add you to a mailing list. Legal basis, for example legitimate interests under UK and EU GDPR, and POPIA if it applies

Who sees it

  • The KeyStride Bridge team, who read and answer enquiries.
  • OVHcloud, which hosts our servers in London, United Kingdom.
  • Resend, which delivers our emails: the notification that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived, and the booking emails we send you (the confirm link, the calendar invite and any change or cancellation). Confirm where Resend processes data and the transfer safeguard
  • Google, whose calendar holds our side of each call. When you confirm, we add an entry to our own Google calendar with a Google Meet link. That entry holds only your club's name, never your name, email or note, and Google does not email you. The invite you receive comes from us. Confirm the Google Workspace processing terms and transfer safeguard

If booking is unavailable, the booking page may offer a link to Google Calendar's own booking page. That page is run by Google under Google's own privacy policy, and Google only sees you if you click it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for retention period, for example 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. Bookings are deleted retention period, for example 180 days after the call, its cancellation or an unconfirmed hold's expiry. The entry in our calendar holds only your club's name and the time. If you become a customer, what we need to work together moves under your club's agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@keystridebridge.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection regulator. Name the lead regulator, for example the ICO in the UK
